Training

Interested in working with us? Please contact Prof. Rudner (David!) regarding potential positions. We recognize the lack of scientific diversity within the scientific community and the challenges faced by underrepresented and minority groups. We actively encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to the Rudner lab as we strive to have a lab that truly represents our society.

Postdoctoral

We are always interested to hear from motivated postdoctoral candidates with experience in genetics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or cell biology; a strong publication record; good communication skills; and enthusiasm for basic research. We are currently accepting applications for a postdoctoral fellow position.

Predoctoral

David Rudner is a graduate trainer in the Harvard Biomedical and Biological Sciences Program. Students are encouraged to contact him directly regarding a rotation in his laboratory. Prospective students who have been accepted to, or are interviewing for the Harvard Biomedical and Biological Sciences Program are encouraged to arrange to meet with David Rudner through the program office.

Undergraduate

We are always interested to hear from motivated undergraduates with some previous experience in genetics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or cell biology. A minimum commitment of 12 hours per week, spanning two semesters and a summer, is expected. Funding for Harvard College students is often available through the Harvard College Research Program.
